Site Search History of NUAS The National Union of Anglican Students was founded in 1958 at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with its initial name as the Anglican Students Society. An English priest by name Rev. Fr. Cates, who had been transferred from Adisadel to St Cyprians Cathedral, conducted services each Sunday for the students. Some of the founding fathers were Rt. Rev. 	Mission Statement The National Union of Anglican Student was established to bring together all Anglican students and to re-awaken in them a living-faith in Christ Jesus.It also aims to encourage Anglican students to participate in the service of the church especially in spreading the gospel and other fields of Christian stewardship and encourage members to realize their responsibility towards the church and help build the church with their God given wisdom and talents.
